Where Healing Takes Root.
This is more than a gathering space. It’s a return to your roots. A reclamation of power. To land. To lineage. To wholeness.
Welcome to your sacred space.
Where food is medicine, herbs carry memory, and community is everything.
We don’t just sell wellness—we cultivate legacy.
Our Roots Run Deep
Messiahs Market Herbs & Horticulture was born from the soil of our grandmothers’ gardens and the dreams of our future children. We are a Black & Brown-led wellness space reclaiming healing through herbs, food, and spirit. We exist because mainstream wellness forgot us. We exist because our ancestors remembered us.
Vision
We imagine a future where Black and Brown communities reconnect with their ancestral power—through land, plants, story, and each other. Where healing is no longer outsourced, but reclaimed. At Messiah’s Market, we’re creating more than access to herbal wellness—we’re rebuilding trust in the hands, traditions, and rituals that have always carried us forward. This is how we remember. This is how we rise.
Values
We believe healing should feel like home—rooted in memory, led by love, and shaped by community. Our work is guided by ancestral truth, cultural care, and sacred simplicity. We value what’s handmade over mass-produced, what’s shared over sold, what’s remembered over trendy. Messiah’s Market honors intergenerational wisdom, the dignity of everyday rituals, and the deep knowing that wellness was never meant to be a luxury.

Meet Jamie:
Rooted in Earth, Led by Spirit

Her healing work begins in the soil, lives in community, and flows from the wisdom of those who came before.

Cherita Weatherspoon
"Love Jamie’s class on hydroponics. She gave me a lot to think about and dispelled some of my fears. I’ll definitely be getting started with growing my own food."

Monique Riddick
"Very informative. Shared very helpful information about product components and production."

Jason Spencer
"I'm been using this Shea Butter for about 2 1/2 months. Prior, I dealt with dry skin just a half hr or and hr later using lotion. This butter tho keeps my skin moisturized for about half the day. I use it all over my body. It smells delightful, not overpowering. When not using it made my skin smoother as well. I love this product and recommend it."

Dorena
"Let me tell y’all something, if you don’t like the taste of Seamoss BUY HERS! The taste is AMAZING! I love it and it’s so sweet! I will be back for more! So will you."

Margaret Dixon
"I had very dry hands from washing so much throughout the day. I tried different lotions, none really helped. I tried using this product and fell in love. It’s not oily on my skin and makes my skin so soft and supple even after washing. I also use on my scalp and it’s amazing. Love it."

Zoe Yearwood
"This Seamoss is the best, it’s fresh, I love the deals and great personal customer service."
